2 and 3 were ambiguous:
- For XML response we used to return cloudstack version but not part of json
response, 2. was fixed so that we've the version info in both xml and json
response.
- Google's json serializer which we use in CloudStack serializes only params
with some value, this is not true for xml response which adds an empty node
like <param/>.
The information I want to be documented is that API developers/users should not
assume or expect any response parameter. Pl. document if this qualify to be
documented.

cwiki.a.o soon. Thanks.
