Attempted a fix using vmware 4.0 SDK to work with VCenter 5.0, the code is
complete at remote ASF branch "vim_win8"
(https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-cloudstack.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/vim_win8),
waiting for a QA vcenter 5.0 patch 4 or vcenter 5.1 setup to test.
