Write a guide that contains task-oriented information for CloudStack end users
to support them in, for example, running VMs on a CloudStack that has been set
up by a service provider. This could start as a subset of the existing (Root)
Admin Guide, plus some content geared to end users. This is helpful if we add
context-sensitive UI help, since the User Guide would provide a help topic for
every UI task.
