After a pull on the master branch, I am unable to deploy the database. 

I ran: 
     mvn -P developer,systemvm clean install
Then:
     mvn -P developer -pl developer,tools/devcloud -Ddeploydb
I got:
     java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.cloud.upgrade.DatabaseCreator
