Propose changing the URL used by test/com/cloud/agent/TestAgentShell.java from
http://www.google.com/ to something less reactive (e.g. http://www.apache.org).
Under certain circumstances the google web site will return HTTP 503 (with a
captcha page) which causes this test and hence the build to fail.
