I observed this issue as well. Hope my findings help narrow zero on the issue...
I am attaching a log. The first and last line are the start/stop for Job which
tok about 26 mins t finish and MS was unresponsive during that time.
I also observed that Java process was consuming about 75% Mem.
I do not have steps to reproduce but this is definitely happening while login /
logout and or general UI navigation.
