Based on discussion within group, for 4.2 release, we would like to fix
cloudstack code to use vmware web service SDK 5.1 to support Windows 8 and
Windows server 2012 as VM Guest OS. Since Vmware SDK 5.1 has changed from axis
to use JAX-WS RI to generate java stub, API signature has been changed from 4.1
to 5.1. Also apputils.jar used to be in SDK 4.1 is gone as well, so we need to
change cloudstack code to be able to work with SDK 5.1 and also construct our
own apputils wrapper.
