Currently in the detail View for Network Tab , UI doesn't support the tooltips
for highlighting information about the fields being displayed there . The need
is to display the tooltips for IP reservation related fields so as to present
more information to the end user in order to explain what reserving an IP range
would do to an exisiting isolated guest network.
