Is this a problem, perhaps, with my browser or OS (Chrome on Mac OS X 10.8.2)?
When I enter the "Add compute offering" dialog, the Public check box is not
checked. I can check it, then un-check it to get the combo box. The combo box
does disappear now when Public is not checked (except for when I first enter
the dialog: Public is not checked and the combo box is not visible).
