This was created prior to or during the development cycle for 4.0 and then
carried forward to 4.1. I don't see any activity here, though - and it really
strikes me as a UI issue rather than a doc issue.
Also - I suspect changing this now would affect translations. I'm closing this
out - if there are any *specific* issues with /client/WEB-INF/classes/resources
let's file bugs for those.
