The old install guide (pre-Apache) had a section "Edit the Global Configuration
Settings." This contained both the steps to edit a setting, as well as a table
of popular/important settings. The editing steps were added to the current
install guide in XML, but the table of popular settings was left behind. It
could be useful to convert this table to XML, edit and update it, and add it
back in to the install guide. This could now be re-titled "About Global
Configuration Settings" or "Top 10 Configuration Tips." The section is attached
to this bug in the original file format.
