I have a 4.1 db, then run 4.2 MS to upgrade it to 4.2. Now open cloudstack UI,
click Infrastructure page, you will get NullPointerException in listClusters
call, failed at ApiResponseHelper.createClusterResponse, related to Cpu/Memory
overcommit ratio checkin.
