Currently, we can only create HTTP or TCP load balancing rules with the
netscaler service provider. We think it would be important to give to
possibility to configure SSL Offload, but also SSL, SSL_BRIDGE, and the SSL_TCP
services. This is one of the key feature of a Netscaler, and it's not possible
to use without manual intervention.
