AWS Regions - Include all the details of the API call made in the Events
payload when changes in Admin/Account/User objects are made
Currently we see details of the actual API call like "event":"USER.DISABLE" .
We should include all the details of the API call made in the Event payload ,
so that this information can be used to replicate this action in other regions.
