In the Installation Guide, the section "Setting Zone VLAN and Running VM
Maximums" really talks about management server load balancing. The original
title of this section was "Management Server Load Balancing." Change it back to
that title. The file is management-server-lb.xml.
Also, there is an xref to this section from "Prepare and Start Additional
Management Servers," so fix that xref at the same time. The file containing the
unlinked text is management-server-install-multi-node.xml.
Finally, we should add an xref to management-server-lb from the file
ha-management-server.xml. Otherwise, we just have a conceptual summary which
leaves readers wondering how to implement mslb. At the moment,
ha-management-server.xml is only included in the Admin Guide, making it pretty
hard for readers to find the related how-to section in the Install Guide.
