Hi ,
I tried with latest master & new system VM template available @
http://jenkins.cloudstack.org/view/master/job/build-systemvm-master/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/tools/appliance/dist/systemvmtemplate-2013-03-18-master-kvm.qcow2.bz2.
Now System VM's are up & Running.
But Default Cent OS download state is : Network unreachable & even newly
registered template also is getting into the same.
