Fix For: 4.2.0
1. Deploy a VM in the advanced zone.
2. Go to -> VM -> Nics -> View All -> Acquire IP Address
3. immediately try to "release IP" from the page
Observations :
(i) it fails with following error
"Unable to execute API command removeipfromnic due to missing parameter id"

(ii) If we go back to the VM and open Nics -> view all and then try to
releaseIP then things go fine without any issues.
