Thanks, Mohammad. I have another question with regard to the the following
instruction:
In “JDBC connection URL” replace *dbHost* with the database server address
and set the correct username and password for connecting to the database

Where are the username and password set in the instruction?  I have a lot
of login failures (e.g., UIDriverAgent[2].7.doLogin: Found login prompt at
index 4226, Login as cp48h5fa, 2233 failed.)

 so I guess it is related to this.
