In particular, I have finished the crawling and indexing phase and am currently at the Distributed Search phase. I am concerned because for one reason or another the /home/username/nutch-test/copy_index_and_segments.sh appears to be missing. I believe I have correctly followed the instructions up to this point, except I performed the crawling and index phase with hadoop on a single node. Let me know if this potentially stops copy_index_and_segments.sh from being generated. If you have the copy_index_and_segments.sh file, I would very much appreciate it if you could send it to me.
