Hi. This looks like a GraphLab problem, not a problem particularly related to tunkrank. We have never run into this problem. However, we have run into other problems with GraphLab when we used a g++ version older than what's recommended on the GraphLab website (g++ 4.3). You might also want to check if there are any warnings when you run the configure script to see your computer meets all the requirements.
