Dear Pengcheng,
You need to restart PHP every time you change a parameter in order
for the change to be effective and also start a new benchmark run
probably by increasing the load (number of concurrent users) to increase
the utilization of the server.
The parameters that you need to change to tune PHP
are already listed on the CloudSuite website
(http://parsa.epfl.ch/cloudsuite/web.html). We found those parameters to
be enough
for fully utilizing a given server when tuned correctly.
