Web serving scenario run.sh file

Hi,

I'm a new Cloudsuite user. I just followed the guidelines for using the 
web serving scenario http://cloudsuite.ch/webserving/. But I could not 
find the run.sh file in the end of the page, where is the location of 
that file?
