We are currently using Club Accounting Online. A month ago, we had two members fully withdraw from our club.
I was able to enter the initial withdraw transaction that placed money into the "WD Liability Account". But upon trying to complete the withdraw transaction by entering the pay-out date, the website gives me the following error: "Error in date: Withdrawal date cannot be the same as the valuation date." I am not trying to change the "Announcement date", but rather just to enter the pay out date. Also, the Valuation Statement was created before I entered the initial withdraw transaction. Any ideas of getting around this?
