Our
club sold KMB on 12/19/02. We then received the dividend of $9.16 on 1/3/03
(ex-dividend date 12/04/02). Now our distribution of earnings report shows a
difference of $9.16 between our correct amount on our 1099 from our broker. Our
broker lists it as qualified, and obviously NCA does not. I have tried using the
actual ex-dividend date (12/04/02) and the "fix" of 1/1/03. Neither one will
change the result. My question is did our sale of the stock make the dividend
non qualifying?
We had
the KMB from the merger with Safeskin (2/9/00).
We are
using NCA 2.5.11.
Thanks, in advance, Jay Gano
