The problem is netmeeting (and gnomemeeting) use H323 which is a somewhat nasty protocall (and fairly insecure by all accounts). In order to run it with a normal firewall, you'll need to forward about 2 dozen ports (ouch), or use a "gate keeper" module which will only let you use it outbound only (ie. you can call them but they can't call you). A VPN between you and whoever would be a more ideal solution (particularly from the standpoint of security) ...though, I don't know if CC does that out of the box.
