A couple of years ago I was looking to buy a Fujitsu laptop and they were one of the few who carried them here in Calgary. I was a younger lad and they are a more upscale style retailer so I was handled with mild passivity (i.e.: they didn't care about my business). Personally, I would never go back since I don't like being in situations where I feel like I'm being talked down to or rushed out the door so they can get to their next, more important, meeting. Also, they were very overpriced - I think I saved $600 by ordering the computer from the states.
