Have you tried running the installer? I know RedHat used to offer an option 
within Anaconda to veify the CD, I would assume that Fedora still has that 
option. Failing that, I would try installing it. If the MD5SUM checks out for 
the ISO, and it installs without errors, then you can be fairly certain that 
you have a good CD. I have only once had a problem with a burned distro, that 
was when Mandrake first started making 700MB ISO images. I burned it on a cheap 
CD, and it was not able to read the outside of the disk. Everytime I would get 
to the end of the install it would give me errors and crash. The fix was to 
burn it on a good CD.
