I think i will have to strongly disagree here. The TCP/IP stack you are 
talking about is not m$ style one, it is a BSD style stack, the original 
never worked properly, and was not remotely close to the rfc. Same goes for 
IE. The html rendering is a long way away from the (rfc), the engine is fast, 
but a lot of things just dont behave as advertised atall. Sorry to have 
broken these news so harshly, but i just had a tough day :-(
