That's not a problem with the list admin, that would be the settings in your e-mail client. If you specify a reply-to address then your e-mails will show up with your e-mail and the clug-talk e-mail in the reply-to field (as your e-mails do). Hitting Reply on most mail clients will send the message to both addresses (as this one does). It is not necessary to put a reply-to address into your mail client unless you want people to reply to a different address from the one you are sending the e-mail from.
