I wonder if you have some Mozilla processes 'sleeping' or 'zombied' which are screwing up the parent process... at your console try:
ps -aux | grep mozilla
if there are any processes there they will be listed:
'yourusername 238 ... mozilla'
then type:
kill 238 (or whatever PID) number is there.
Once you've killed all the mozillas, restart mozilla
Does this make any sense?

Subject: [clug-talk] something happened to Mozzilla
Hello Everyone,
I tried to install RealPlayer10.bin into usr/bin/RealPlayer10.bin and my
Mozzila browser's icon just disappeared. And I tried to open netscape, and
there was a brief flurry of activity from my CPU and then nothing happened.
I use Mozzilla for my banking and need it soon. How can I restore Mozzilla
back to its original condition?
Thank you in advance,
Michael Walters
