I've seen enough of, "Linux r00lez!"  That's not going to convince even
the simplest of Linux detractors.  We need to fight this fight
smarter, as in understand the audience, not tit for tat logic.

I think the City is going about this very intelligently.  Perhaps
praise is in order, instead of advocacy?  "Stay the course!"  We can
work on provincial and the feds after we win this one.
