Taking a shot in the dark here, cuz I'm not THAT familiar with IPCop 1.4.2 
(yet), or the add-ons you mentioned.... but...

If the user accounts are standard shell accounts, I think there is a way to 
set up password expiration - though I haven't had to do this yet so do not 
know the details.  (I just did a quick google search and "man passwd" and 
there are some details there...)  So, this is one method that might be 
applicable.

If however the user accounts are not shell accounts (i.e. most web apps store 
their user info in a database), then the above method won't work....

Hope I at least pointed you in a direction that eventually helps.. :)
