Just as an added note,  I encourage you to check out ftp://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca,

they mirror quite a bit of stuff there, including fedora, redhat, debian, openoffice.org, and others, and even dag.... you can setup yum to download packages from here.

Another useful local (relatively) mirror site to check out is:    ftp://sunsite.ualberta.ca

Just incase anybody didn't know.
