[clug-talk] SQL virtural directory, NOT virtual hosts

Another impossible thing to search for. I want to create a virtual directory inside an SQL database. All attempts to search for such a thing returns endless links to people yapping about M$ IIS Virtural Directory that looks like an attempt at virtual hosts.

What I am looking for is more like a real directory tree structure with permissions and ownership. I am not expecting to find any source code ( that would be nice) but I am looking for any documents that describe what is done to make sush a thing.

In my search for things that work this way I have not seen any Open Source projects that do this. Easy development causes people to actualy create a real directory tree on the system but that will not work for my application.
