From my position, I am curious to hear what we can do differently that would 
result in more people taking an active role in the group.  I think it should 
be understood that Dave was not trying to place blame or make anyone feel 
guilty - this is an honest topic that any volunteer organization has to deal 
with.  (The Avro Museum sees this issue as well....)  

So, what can we do different?  What would it take to get you (the general 
"you"...) to be more active in planning and participating in the various 
events?
