Here's what's needed:

1. Finding the appropriate content entries in the old content (admin - 
content management - content, good place to start as it lists content 
with it's title).
2. Creating a new page (if needed) to link to the old content.
3. Edit the links in the old content if/as needed to make sure they are 
working properly.
4. Replace any content that may have been lost in the migration (not 
many things were lost though).
5. Create new content as needed and make sure it is linked to properly.

In short, it requires someone's time.  I'm afraid my supply of spare 
time has diminished substantially....
