Hello
With the previous question of Canadian based Web Hosting, I have started
to look into having a web site that I currently host at home, hosted
remotely (I figure that this will cut down on my energy consumption,
heat in the house, and even a few headaches with Shaw at times).
However, while looking at the hosting options available, I am a little
confused. While I have been doing this at home, most of my
administration has been command line configured. Looking at the
packages available (dedicated server) they are offering Plesk-Parallel
or cPanel. From what I have been reading, they both appear to be
graphical interfaces for doing most of the system configurations, email
setup, and domain setup, but is not a CMS.
I would appreciate any comments / input that anyone would care to share
at this time, both in regards to Canadian based Web hosting companies,
and cPanel / Plesk options.
Thank you for your input
Darcy
