BUT...anything you put in the blue bins that isn't supposed to go in there, they will either take out & leave at your house or they would end up throwing away at the sorting place. This kind of defeats the whole purpose.
As for you paying for it & not using it. Oh well...suck it up princess. You could always recycle paper, cans, bottles, & other items that do go in the bins. That way you are using it for its designed purpose. There is always something that we pay for with taxes or whatever that we don't use. Just part of living in a community with others.
