Hi All, Thought I would share my adventures in hopes that it will help others. This was done on a 64-bit Kubuntu 11.04 or 11.10 install.
I did some updates to my system & when I tried hitting a flash enabled site with FF 12 Flash wouldn't work. When checking the version at Adobes site it would say it is the 10.X series. I tried using Apper to install the latest version from the repository but it would not go in no matter what I did. Something would always seem to not work & present any number of errors. After doing some googling & trying to install the tarball from Adobes sites...all which failed. I stumbled across a FF plugin called FlashAid. After installing & restarting FF the flash pages worked again & is showing the 11.X series on Adobes website. Hope that helps folks out there!
