I sent a .zip file.  Let me know if you didn't get it.
Did you see the link error?

I also noticed it was using the wrong Qt build.  It is building with Visual 
Studio 2005 but using a Qt built with Visual Studio 2008.  I just made a 
change to use a compatible Qt.
