The following issue has been SUBMITTED. ====================================================================== http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=13810 ====================================================================== Reported By: David Golub Assigned To: ====================================================================== Project: CMake Issue ID: 13810 Category: Documentation Reproducibility: N/A Severity: minor Priority: normal Status: new ====================================================================== Date Submitted: 2012-12-22 11:19 EST Last Modified: 2012-12-22 11:19 EST ====================================================================== Summary: Confusing documentation for GET_CMAKE_PROPERTY Description: The documentation for GET_CMAKE_PROPERTY lists the properties VARIABLES, CACHE_VARIABLES, COMMANDS, MACROS, and COMPONENTS as able to be obtained using this command. However, in the properties help file, these properties are only listed under properties for help files. Furthermore, the GET_CMAKE_PROPERTY command can be used to obtain properties listed as being of global scope, but there is nothing said to indicate so in its documentation. This should all be clarified. ======================================================================
