ctest -R “^TestName$”
is guaranteed to run only the test named exactly TestName.

Hey,
I just don't find anymore the command to just run one test in the CMake tree.
Can someone please help.
I'm preparing a patchset with a collegue for the Java support in CMake. We
want to extend the testcase.
