Summary: TestCXXAcceptsFlag description is incorrect
Description:
The documentation of TestCXXAcceptsFlag module [1] is incorrect saying:
Macro CHECK_CXX_ACCEPTS_FLAG(FLAGS VARIABLE) -
checks if the function exists
where the "checks if the function exists" part looks like copy-n-paste bug as it
is irrelevant to this macro.
