Hi Brad, You are right! Thank you! In fact, I did not make a whole installation. what i did is only download and unzip the cmake-3.2.0-rc1-win32-x86.zip.
Now it works well on this machine after I installed it again with the cmake-3.2.0-rc1-win32-x86.exe.
