Both "cpack -G deb" and setting "CPACK_BINARY_DEB" to "ON" result in a .deb file with the following error from apt: $ sudo dpkg -i cmake-3.3.20150814-g17ecf-Linux-armv7l.deb (Reading database ... 220164 files and directories currently installed.) Preparing to unpack cmake-3.3.20150814-g17ecf-Linux-armv7l.deb ...
