Summary: Support "generator expressions" in "install(CODE)"
Description:
With CMake 3.4 "install(FILES)" and "install(DIRECTORY)" learned to support
"generator expressions" in command "DESTINATION". But it would be helpful if
"install(CODE)" support "generator expressions" too.

An usecase could be:
<code>
INSTALL(CODE "
   include(BundleUtilities)
   fixup_bundle($<TARGET_FILE_DIR:${PROJECT_NAME}> \"\" \"\")
   " COMPONENT Runtime
)
</code>
