Hello again.

There is a bug/limitation in AUTORCC for .qrc files that are valid but do not contain any file references.
On occurrence of such a file cmake 3.6.2 silently stops _all_
further qrc file processing  and generates an incomplete/invalid
automoc target.

Here are some small patches that fix the issue and add a test case.
The patches based on the current git master branch.
It would be nice if they could make it into 3.7.
