Yes. The goal is to have all nightly tests across all test machines run based on the same checkout (subversion ID). That way, developers can easily correct all the dashboard errors for a given night by updating to a single point in the repository's history instead of having to update to a different revision ID for each particular test machine. The problem is that the cutoff for when a particular day ends is rather arbitrary. Kitware schedules their nightly builds and tests to occur when they'll be out of the office... nightly builds start in the evening in the North American Eastern time zone so that they'll be completed by the next morning. But nightly tests can be submitted any time until the next day's dashboard opens, and in order for them to use the same checkout as other nightly tests, it means checking out what seems like yesterday's code.
