[CMake] CMAKE_Java_LINK_EXECUTABLE

I'm getting this error

CMake Error: Error required internal CMake variable not set, cmake may 
be not be built correctly.
Missing variable is:
CMAKE_Java_LINK_EXECUTABLE
where/how does this variable get set?
