are there repositories of CMake projects for common usage libraries such as zlib, jpeg,tiff
I did (the full) JPEG : http://sourceforge.net/projects/jpeg
I guess you are only looking for the 8bits lossy one, so feel free to add option for that. Patch welcome :)
